- "User" / "you" — any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
- "WCAG" — the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
3. Applicability

4. Legal Entity
eBodhya™ is a trademark owned and used by Anomaa Studio, a sole proprietorship business based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("Anomaa Studio," "eBodhya," "we," "us," or "our"). Anomaa Studio owns and operates the entire eBodhya suite of platforms, comprising:
- eBodhya Studio — studio.ebodhya.in
- eBodhya Marketplace — marketplace.ebodhya.in
- eBodhya Schools — schools.ebodhya.in
- eBodhya Workspace — workspace.ebodhya.in
(together, the "eBodhya Platforms").
Every account, subscription, order, listing, or agreement created or entered into through any eBodhya Platform is an agreement with Anomaa Studio directly. No eBodhya Platform is owned, operated by, or offered on behalf of any third party, franchisee, reseller, school district, or unrelated entity, unless we state so expressly and in writing. eBodhya™ and the eBodhya logo are trademarks of Anomaa Studio; no license to use them is granted except as expressly permitted in writing.
In this document, "the Platform" means eBodhya Studio (studio.ebodhya.in) specifically, and "eBodhya" or the "eBodhya Platforms" means the wider suite of products described above.
5. Our Accessibility Commitment
We target conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the Platform's editorial tools and public-facing pages. This is our standard, not a certification we claim to have already achieved in full; we treat it as an ongoing engineering and design commitment.
Keyboard navigation. Core editorial workflows — creating and editing Questions, Worksheets, Presentations, and Lesson Plans, navigating Question Banks, and managing Collaboration workspaces — are designed to be operable via keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse or touch input.
Screen-reader support. We use semantic HTML, ARIA labeling, and descriptive alt text where feasible so that screen-reader users can navigate menus, forms, and editorial tools. AI-generated Content includes accessible text alternatives where the Content type supports them (for example, alt text suggestions for AI-generated presentation visuals).
Known limitations. Some areas of the Platform, including complex visual editors for Presentation layout and certain third-party embedded components, may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We track these gaps internally and prioritize fixes based on impact and feasibility.
Ongoing audit commitment. We periodically review the Platform against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, using a combination of automated tooling and manual testing, and update our roadmap based on findings.
6. Accommodation Requests
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Platform, or need an accommodation to use a specific feature, contact support@ebodhya.in with a description of the barrier, the page or feature involved, and your assistive technology (if relevant). We will work with you to provide an accessible alternative or a timeline for a fix.
7. Privacy
Information you share when requesting an accommodation is handled per our Privacy Policy.
8. AI
AI-generated Content may not always include complete accessibility metadata (such as alt text) by default; where this is the case, we provide tools for you to add it before publishing, consistent with the human-review expectations in our AI Usage Policy.
9. Data Processing
Personal Data collected through accommodation requests is Processed per the Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023.
10. Cookies
Not directly relevant to this Statement; see the Cookie Policy.
11. Third-Party Services
Some third-party components embedded in the Platform may have their own accessibility characteristics outside our direct control; we select such components with accessibility in mind where possible.
12. Security
Not directly relevant to this Statement; see our Security Statement.
13. Retention
Accommodation request records are retained per our Data Retention Policy.
14. Deletion
You may request deletion of accommodation request records per our Data Deletion Policy.
15. Intellectual Property
Not applicable to this Statement beyond the trademark notice in Section 4.
16. User Responsibilities
If you rely on assistive technology, please report specific barriers so we can prioritize fixes; general feedback helps but specific reproduction steps help more.
17. Prohibited Activities
Not applicable to this Statement.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Anomaa Studio's liability arising out of this Statement is limited as described in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Statement limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or statutory rights that cannot be waived.
19. Disclaimer
We make good-faith, ongoing efforts toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance but do not warrant that every page or feature is fully conformant at all times.
20. Termination
Not applicable to this Statement; accessibility commitments apply regardless of individual Account status.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Accessibility Statement and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to it, the Platform, or the Services (a "Dispute") is governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any Dispute through informal negotiation for thirty (30) days after one party gives the other written notice of the Dispute. If the Dispute is not resolved within that period, it will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by Anomaa Studio. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the seat and venue of arbitration will be Bengaluru, Karnataka. The award of the arbitrator will be final and binding on the parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief before a competent court at any time. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any Dispute not subject to arbitration and over any proceeding to enforce an arbitral award.
22. Jurisdiction
Without prejudice to the arbitration agreement above, the Platform is directed at Users in India, and Anomaa Studio makes no representation that the Platform or its Content is appropriate or lawfully available in other locations. Users who access the Platform from outside India do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
