1. Introduction

- "Creator Profile" — the public-facing profile a Creator, Institution, or Publisher may maintain on the Platform.

4. Legal Entity

In this document, "the Platform" means eBodhya Studio (studio.ebodhya.in) specifically, and "eBodhya" or the "eBodhya Platforms" means the wider suite of products described above.
5. Behavior Standards
Respectful communication. Communicate with co-authors, reviewers, and commenters professionally and constructively. Disagree with ideas, not people. Feedback on Content quality, curriculum alignment, or educational value is welcome; personal attacks are not.
Attribution norms. In a co-authored Collaboration workspace, credit every contributor accurately in Content metadata and, where the Platform supports it, in visible byline fields. Do not remove or alter another contributor's attribution without their agreement, and do not claim sole authorship of Content substantially created by others.
Prohibited harassment and impersonation. You must not harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against another User; impersonate another individual, Institution, or Publisher; or create a Creator Profile using another person's name, likeness, or credentials without authorization.
Constructive feedback culture. Comments and reviews on shared Content should focus on improving educational quality, accuracy, and curriculum fit. Avoid spamming Collaboration threads with repetitive, off-topic, or promotional content.
6. Reporting Mechanism
If you experience or witness conduct that violates these Guidelines, report it through the in-product "Report" action on the relevant comment, profile, or workspace, or by emailing support@ebodhya.in with a description of the conduct, the Users involved, and any relevant links or screenshots. We treat reports confidentially to the extent possible while investigating.
7. Moderation and Appeal Process
We review reports and may take action ranging from a warning to removal of specific content, restriction of Collaboration or profile features, or Account suspension or termination, consistent with the enforcement ladder in our Acceptable Use Policy. A User subject to a moderation action may appeal by emailing support@ebodhya.in within fifteen (15) days of the action, explaining why the action should be reconsidered; we will respond to appeals within a reasonable time, generally within fifteen (15) days.
8. Privacy
Personal Data we collect through reports, moderation records, and Creator Profiles is handled per our Privacy Policy.
9. AI
Where AI-generated comments, summaries, or moderation assistance are used to support Collaboration features, they are subject to our AI Usage Policy and require human oversight before action is taken based on them.
10. Data Processing
Personal Data Processed to administer Collaboration workspaces, Creator Profiles, and moderation is handled per the Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023.
11. Cookies
Not directly relevant to these Guidelines; see the Cookie Policy.
12. Third-Party Services
We do not share Collaboration or Creator Profile content with third parties except as described at a category level in our Privacy Policy.
13. Security
Collaboration workspace access controls and Creator Profile visibility settings are described in our Security Statement.
14. Retention
Comments, moderation records, and Creator Profile history are retained per our Data Retention Policy.
15. Deletion
You may delete your own comments or Creator Profile content, subject to our Data Deletion Policy; Content already co-authored by others in a Collaboration workspace may require their consent or administrator action to remove.
16. Intellectual Property
Attribution obligations in Section 5 do not alter ownership under our Intellectual Property Policy; co-authorship credit is separate from Intellectual Property Rights, which follow the license and ownership terms in the Terms of Service.
17. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own conduct and Content within Collaboration workspaces and on your Creator Profile, and for promptly reporting violations of these Guidelines.
18. Prohibited Activities
You must not harass, impersonate, misattribute authorship, spam, or otherwise violate the standards in Section 5, or retaliate against a User who files a good-faith report under Section 6.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Anomaa Studio's liability arising out of these Guidelines is limited as described in the Terms of Service. Nothing in these Guidelines limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or statutory rights that cannot be waived.
20. Disclaimer
We moderate Collaboration workspaces and Creator Profiles on a good-faith, best-efforts basis and do not guarantee that all violations will be identified or addressed before causing harm.
21. Termination
Repeated or serious violations of these Guidelines may result in suspension or termination of the offending User's Account, per Section 22 of the Terms of Service. Sections 13, 19, and 20 survive termination.
22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Community Guidelines and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them, the Platform, or the Services (a "Dispute") is governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any Dispute through informal negotiation for thirty (30) days after one party gives the other written notice of the Dispute. If the Dispute is not resolved within that period, it will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by Anomaa Studio. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the seat and venue of arbitration will be Bengaluru, Karnataka. The award of the arbitrator will be final and binding on the parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief before a competent court at any time. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any Dispute not subject to arbitration and over any proceeding to enforce an arbitral award.
23. Jurisdiction
Without prejudice to the arbitration agreement above, the Platform is directed at Users in India, and Anomaa Studio makes no representation that the Platform or its Content is appropriate or lawfully available in other locations. Users who access the Platform from outside India do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, Applicable Law, or our practices. We will post the revised version on the Platform with an updated "Effective Date" and, for material changes, will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform, by email, or by an in-product notice.
