5. Responsible AI Principles
Transparency and labeling. Content produced by an AI Assistant is labeled as AI-generated within the Platform's editorial interface, so you and any co-author always know which parts of a Question, Worksheet, Presentation, or Lesson Plan originated from AI Output versus manual authorship.
Mandatory human oversight. You must review AI Output before publishing it, sharing it in a Collaboration workspace as final, relying on it for classroom use, or pushing it live via Marketplace Publishing. AI Assistants are drafting and acceleration tools, not a substitute for your professional judgment as an educator or content expert.
Data sources powering the features. AI Assistants generate Output using: the prompt and instructions you provide; any source material you upload (PDF, image, or video) for that generation; and the underlying AI model's general training, which was not performed on your private Content (see Section 7 of our Privacy Policy).
Model limitations. AI Output may be factually inaccurate, may misstate curriculum alignment, may contain biased phrasing, or may not reflect the most current syllabus. Treat AI Output as a draft requiring your subject-matter review, not a verified final product.
6. Prohibited Uses of AI Features
You must not use an AI Assistant to:
- Generate deceptive, plagiarized, or infringing material, including material that copies a third party's copyrighted work beyond a permitted excerpt.
- Impersonate a real person, including generating Content that falsely presents itself as authored by, or endorsed by, a specific named individual without their consent.
- Generate harmful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate educational material, as further described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Circumvent Subscription-based usage limits or generation credits.
- Probe, extract, or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models.
7. Third-Party AI Model Providers
Certain AI Assistants are powered by third-party AI model providers acting as our sub-processors. These providers Process your prompts and uploaded material only to generate the output you requested, under contractual terms that prohibit using your Content to train their general-purpose models without your explicit opt-in, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy
Full detail on what data AI Assistants collect, how prompts and uploaded material are used, and your opt-out rights is in our Privacy Policy.
9. AI

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This AI Usage Policy and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to it, the Platform, or the Services (a "Dispute") is governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any Dispute through informal negotiation for thirty (30) days after one party gives the other written notice of the Dispute. If the Dispute is not resolved within that period, it will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by Anomaa Studio. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the seat and venue of arbitration will be Bengaluru, Karnataka. The award of the arbitrator will be final and binding on the parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief before a competent court at any time.
