AI Content Generation Policy

Platform: eBodhya Studio (studio.ebodhya.in) Effective Date: 15 July 2026 Version: 1.0 Document Owner: Anomaa Studio Legal & Compliance

1. Introduction

This AI Content Generation Policy sets out the specific rules governing AI Question Generation, AI Worksheet Generation, AI Presentation Generation, and Lesson Plans on eBodhya Studio. It binds every User who uses these features and exists to explain how source material is processed, who owns the resulting AI Output, and the review and originality standards that apply before you use it. It builds on, and should be read together with, our general AI Usage Policy.

2. Definitions

3. Applicability

This Policy applies to every use of AI Question Generation, AI Worksheet Generation, AI Presentation Generation, and Lesson Plans by any Creator, Institution Account, or Publisher Account.

4. Legal Entity

eBodhya™ is a trademark owned and used by Anomaa Studio, a sole proprietorship business based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("Anomaa Studio," "eBodhya," "we," "us," or "our"). Anomaa Studio owns and operates the entire eBodhya suite of platforms, comprising:

(together, the "eBodhya Platforms").

Every account, subscription, order, listing, or agreement created or entered into through any eBodhya Platform is an agreement with Anomaa Studio directly. No eBodhya Platform is owned, operated by, or offered on behalf of any third party, franchisee, reseller, school district, or unrelated entity, unless we state so expressly and in writing. eBodhya™ and the eBodhya logo are trademarks of Anomaa Studio; no license to use them is granted except as expressly permitted in writing.

In this document, "the Platform" means eBodhya Studio (studio.ebodhya.in) specifically, and "eBodhya" or the "eBodhya Platforms" means the wider suite of products described above.

5. How Source Material Is Processed

When you upload Source Material for AI Question, Worksheet, Presentation, or Lesson Plan generation, we Process it transiently: the file is analyzed to extract the relevant text, structure, or visual content needed to produce your requested AI Output, and is not permanently embedded into a third-party model's training data. Unless you opt out under our Privacy Policy, a de-identified representation of the interaction may be used to improve Anomaa Studio's own generation quality; identifiable Source Material is not shared with third parties beyond the AI model sub-processor needed to run the generation.

6. Ownership of AI Output

You own the AI Output generated from your prompts and Source Material, subject to two limits: (a) your ownership is subject to the rights status of any third-party Source Material you supplied — if you did not have the right to use that Source Material, generating AI Output from it does not cure the underlying rights problem; and (b) where AI Output is generated within a Collaboration workspace, ownership follows the co-authorship and attribution terms of that workspace and our Community Guidelines.

7. Mandatory Educator Review

AI Output must be reviewed by a qualified educator or subject-matter reviewer before it is used in a classroom, assigned to students, or published — whether internally, shared via Collaboration, or pushed to eBodhya Marketplace via Marketplace Publishing. Review should confirm factual accuracy, curriculum alignment, difficulty calibration, and the absence of inappropriate content, consistent with the human-oversight principle in our AI Usage Policy.

8. Academic Originality Expectations

AI Output should reflect genuine educational value and originality appropriate to its stated purpose. Do not present AI Output as your own original scholarly work where the Platform or a receiving institution requires disclosure of AI assistance, and do not use AI Assistants to generate content designed to evade plagiarism or originality detection in a way that misrepresents authorship.

9. Version History and Audit Trail

Every AI generation is captured in Version History with its Generation Provenance: the prompt, any Source Material reference, the model used, the timestamp, and the User who initiated it. This allows you, co-authors, and (where relevant) Anomaa Studio to trace how a given piece of Content was produced and to roll back to a prior version if a later AI-assisted edit is unsatisfactory.

10. Restriction on Verbatim Copyrighted Material

You must not use AI Assistants to reproduce verbatim third-party copyrighted text or images beyond what is permitted as a fair-dealing excerpt for educational purposes under the Copyright Act, 1957, as described further in our Copyright Policy. AI Assistants are designed to generate transformed, original Content from Source Material, not to output substantial verbatim copies of a third party's work.

11. AI Usage Credits and Fair-Use Limits

Each Subscription Plan includes a defined allotment of AI Usage Credits, consumed per generation according to feature and complexity. Fair-use limits and credit allotments are displayed on the Platform for your plan; exceeding your allotment may require a plan upgrade or additional credit purchase before further generations can run. Attempting to circumvent these limits violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Privacy

Full detail on how we collect and use Source Material, prompts, and AI Output is in our Privacy Policy.

13. AI

See our AI Usage Policy for general responsible-AI principles applicable across all AI Assistants, including transparency, model limitations, and prohibited uses.

14. Data Processing

Personal Data contained in Source Material or prompts is Processed per the Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023.

15. Cookies

Not directly relevant to this Policy; see the Cookie Policy.

16. Third-Party Services

Third-party AI model providers Process Source Material and prompts as sub-processors, as described in our Privacy Policy and AI Usage Policy.

17. Security

Source Material and AI Output are protected using the measures in our Security Statement.

18. Retention

AI generation logs, Source Material, and Version History are retained per our Data Retention Policy.

19. Deletion

You may delete a specific AI generation or its underlying Source Material per our Data Deletion Policy.

20. Intellectual Property

Ownership rules in Section 6 above are the specific application, for AI Output, of the general Intellectual Property framework in our Intellectual Property Policy and Copyright Policy.

21. User Responsibilities

You must ensure Source Material you upload is lawfully yours to use, conduct the mandatory review in Section 7 before relying on or publishing AI Output, and stay within the originality expectations in Section 8.

22. Prohibited Activities

You must not: upload Source Material you lack rights to; skip mandatory educator review before classroom use or publishing; misrepresent AI-assisted Content as independently authored where disclosure is required; generate verbatim copyrighted material beyond permitted excerpts; or circumvent AI Usage Credit limits.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Anomaa Studio's liability arising out of AI Output produced under this Policy is limited as described in the Terms of Service. We are not liable for use of AI Output that bypassed the mandatory review in Section 7. Nothing in this Policy limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or statutory rights that cannot be waived.

24. Disclaimer

AI Output is provided "as is" and may contain factual errors, curriculum misalignment, or inadvertent similarity to existing third-party works; mandatory review under Section 7 exists precisely to catch these issues before use.

25. Termination

Violations of Sections 10 or 22 may result in feature restriction, suspension, or termination of your Account per our Acceptable Use Policy.

26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This AI Content Generation Policy and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to it, the Platform, or the Services (a "Dispute") is governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any Dispute through informal negotiation for thirty (30) days after one party gives the other written notice of the Dispute. If the Dispute is not resolved within that period, it will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by Anomaa Studio. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the seat and venue of arbitration will be Bengaluru, Karnataka. The award of the arbitrator will be final and binding on the parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief before a competent court at any time. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any Dispute not subject to arbitration and over any proceeding to enforce an arbitral award.

27. Jurisdiction

Without prejudice to the arbitration agreement above, the Platform is directed at Users in India, and Anomaa Studio makes no representation that the Platform or its Content is appropriate or lawfully available in other locations. Users who access the Platform from outside India do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.

28. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AI Content Generation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, Applicable Law, or our practices. We will post the revised version on the Platform with an updated "Effective Date" and, for material changes, will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform, by email, or by an in-product notice, as appropriate to the change and the audience of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the revised Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. Where Applicable Law requires your express consent to a change (for example, a material change to how we Process Personal Data of a Child, such as where an Institution Account submits material on behalf of a school), we will seek that consent before the change takes effect.
